Prepared from embryonic mouse, these cryopreserved fibroblasts are frozen at first passage in vials of 2 million cells.

These Ready-To-Use fibroblasts have excellent viability. Dissociated mouse embryonic fibroblasts are widely used for the study of growth control and cellular response to DNA damage. Their robust and rapid proliferation properties, and ease of use has been the basis for their wide use as 'cell feeder layer' in primary cell and stem cell culture studies. Batch tested and guaranteed for 5 population doublings, the fibroblasts come with optimized culture protocols. The fibroblasts are easy to culture and display normal morphology and growth properties.
