Prepared from freshly isolated and dissociated rat heart ventricules, these high quality, cryopreserved cardiac cells include cardiomyocytes and cardiac fibroblasts. The fibroblasts have been reduced by pan purification.
The cardiomyocytes display excellent morphology, connectivity and spontaneous beating within 24hrs of plating, and syncitial beating at 48hrs.
These Ready-To-Use cardiac cells have excellent viability and the same properties as equivalently cultured fresh cardiac cells. Batch tested, the cells are guaranteed high quality, and mycoplasm & bacteria free.
